Order Cancellations
An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an email on care@pataakhaa.com or call us on our helpline number +91 79765 12500. We will issue a refund for orders that are successfully canceled.
Returns
You can place a return request if:
- The Product you received is damaged.
- The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.
- The Product you received is different from the images shown on the website/app.
How do I return a product?
Email us at care@pataakhaa.com with photographs and a video showing the opening of the product package within 48 hours of receiving it.
After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch/refund of the faulty products depending on the damage will be initiated.
Replacement/Exchange
Pataakhaa adheres to the highest quality standards and takes great care in deliveries. All products are put through a stringent quality check before packaging. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.
Eligibility Criteria For Replacement/Exchange
Your purchase may be eligible for replacement/exchange as per below criteria:
Please note that the products which are handmade may show certain texture differences.
- Our products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Ensure you make an opening video of the product package and photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange. Consequently, no refunds will be processed on such products.
- Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange. Consequently, no refunds will be processed on such products.
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh product.
Exchange Process
If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

- For damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and relevant media files (video + image) of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:
In case of quality issue/defect:
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, and any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
- Send the product at the following address.

- Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh product will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement product is not available, a full refund will be initiated to the account of transaction.
- In case of COD, you need to provide the account details in which you want the refund to be processed.

- In case a replacement product is not available, a full refund will be initiated to the account of transaction.
- If the product fulfills the return conditions, a replacement/refund will be issued after the product reaches our warehouse and undergoes the necessary checks.
About Refunds & Timelines
For prepaid orders: Refund amount will be transferred to the original payment method.
If you choose PayTM, PhonePe, and Google Pay, then send us the registered number along with your request.
You can expect a refund within 7 business days.
General Terms & Conditions About Cancellation, Returns, Replacements and Refunds
- Orders once confirmed, cannot be canceled/amended.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
- No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
- In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
- We offer return / exchange service in 2- 3 days and that Item will be added to your Return Inventory.
- In case of any refunds approved by MODULAR CABINETS, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to you.
