Product And Payments
You can shop on the website in INR (Indian Rupee) if you’re living in India. For international buyers, you can pay in your local currency equivalent to the product price through PayPal.
The product price remains the same, irrespective of where you shop from. Only the shipping prices change, depending upon your delivery location.

We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. You can check the estimated delivery time for your pin code on any product page.
Usually, all shipments In India will be delivered within 7-14 business days.
For International locations, it is delivered within 3-4 weeks once we get your order.
In case of order(s) placed with customization, our team will get in touch with you to get your requirements. It usually takes 7-14 business days to get delivered.

For orders with value below Rs. 999, the delivery charge is Rs. 99. For orders between Rs. 999 to 2499, the delivery charge is Rs. 60. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 2500.
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by logging in on our website.

Note: We offer customization of select products only.
Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on care@pataakhaa.com within 24 – 28 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please ensure that packaging of the received product is intact with you for return/replacement.
- Orders placed till 3 pm from Monday to Saturday are eligible for NDD except for holidays and Sunday. Contact us if you want NDD.
- Next Day Delivery is available for selected pin codes only.
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from the “My Orders” or “Track Order” sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to care@pataakhaa.com or call our number +91 79765 12500. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and the return policy mentioned here is applicable.
You can return certain products, up to 14 days from the date of delivery, from the “My Orders” or “Track Order” section of our website. Or, you can send a request to care@pataakhaa.com or call our number +91 79765 12500.
The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received with its tags intact.
Returns for all items will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
Please ensure that packaging of the received product is intact with you for return/replacement.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service currently. If you need a return/replacement of the product, you will have to ship the item back.
Please mail the item(s) to the address below. Do remember to mention your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and relevant media files (video + image) of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original tags in place.
- The conditions for return & replacement should be met. You can check the terms here.
They should be returned within 14 days from the dispatch date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
You can only exchange your item within 14 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference of the amount will have to be paid in advance.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting refund.
Customers can self ship the items to Pataakhaa. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed through a pataakhaa.com voucher. This will be done post the quality check of all received items.
